Overview
The house is surrounded by a big lawn with a few trees that provide the necessary shade in summer. There is a lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals. The garage and storage of the barbeque and sunloungers are under the house. On the first floor you will find a nice living room with seating and dining area.The open kitchen has all modern amenities. The bathroom is in the hall. An open stairwell leads to a roomy hallway and the two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 3 beds). There is a small supermarket in the village, and 3 km away are 3 big supermarkets (open from 7-19 and from 7-12 on Sundays) and several other shops. There is no central heating in this house, so it is not convenient for renting during the winter season.

Low season: from 0-01-2012 to 30-04-2012: €250
Mid season: from 30-04-2012 to 02-06-2012 and 01-09-2012 to 15-12-2012 : €300
High season: from 02-06-2012 to 01-09-2012: €400
Prices are per week for 4 people. Any extra people will pay €50 per person per week.
Prices include bed- bath- and kitchen linen. Prices exclude end cleaning €35 and tourist tax €1 p.p.p.d.
Surrounding area
The house is located 1 km out of the village of Letus with a view of the mountain Dobrovle, at the start of the Savinja valley. This valley is known for its unspoilt nature with several stunning sites and villages. In the immediate surroundings you will find a swimming pool, a swimming lake and two thermal spa's.

Location
Letus is centrally located within Slovenia. It is only 6 km from the main highway Ljubljana-Maribor. Both cities can be reached within the hour. The smaller cities of Celje and Velenje can be reached in 20 minutes.
