Holiday villa Koritno - Bled
Overview
This modern villa has gas fired central heating with extra underfloor heating in the bathrooms for the wintersport guests. The ground floor is for rent for families up to 4 people. It consist of a roomy living/dining room with an open fire, LCD TV, DVD player and radio with CD player. Sliding doors give way to the sunny balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. The open kitchen has all mod cons like oven, microwave, dishwasher, infrared cooker, coffeemaker and a large fridge-freezer. From the large central hall you can reach the bathroom and the 2 double bedrooms. Via the entrance you can access the stairs to the basement with a room to dry your clothes, and a wash and iron room with washing machine and dryer. For larger families you can additionally rent the first floor that has another 3 double bedrooms, a children's room and a bathroom with shower cubicle, bath and two sinks. All rooms have a magnificent view of the mountains.
Price
The price for the ground floor is starting at €600 per week, including bath- and bedlinen and final cleaning. The price for the whole villa is from €900 per week for maximum 10 people including bath- and bedlinen and final cleaning. Tourist tax will be charged separately and is €0,90 per person per day. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Surrounding area
The famous lake Bled is only 2 kilometers away and a bit further you will find lake Bohinj. The surroundings of Bled are easily explored by bike. Special bike paths are well marked. This area is also great for hikers and skiers. Around the lake you will find lots of great restaurants with quiet terraces on the waterfront. There are lots of spa's in and around Bled for your health. Ljubljana is easily reached in less than 50 km by motorway. The Bled 18 holes golf is within walking distance. www.golf.bled.si. Location
The villa is located on the outskirts of a little village, only 1,5 km from the centre of the famous holiday resort of Bled. The villa has a great view of Bled castle and the Triglav mountain, that also appears on the Slovene national flag. There is a private parking place with the villa for 3 cars.
